We are a local small business that provides cleaning services on Long Island, NY.

Our office is currently located in West Babylon, NY.

What types of properties does ACLI provide services for?

We provide professional cleaning services to a variety of commercial properties: retail, financial, healthcare, education, daycare and specialized industries as well as residential homes.

Does ACLI provide services other than general cleaning?

At this time, ACLI provides:

Upholstery cleaning

Hard surface floor care

Carpet care

If there is anything extra that a customer needs, it can be discussed at any time.

Are cleaning services guaranteed?

There is 100% percent satisfaction guarantee. In the case that something was overlooked, please notify us asap and we will come to correct the issue or something can be added to the next cleaning for no charge.

Is ACLI licensed and insured?

New York State does not require a license for cleaning however we carry:

General liability Insurance

Workman’s Compensation Insurance

Auto Insurance

What to expect to pay for commercial services?

What is considered a room?

An area a set of furniture or 4 walls

What kind of payment is accepted?

Credit card will be saved in a system where it will be charged once a month on an agreed upon date and will be automatically charged each month. Checks can be mailed to West Babylon office. Online Payment Processing used by a company/individual can be discussed

Can an estimate be done over the phone?

Over the phone a general idea of cost can be given. However it is best to schedule a free estimate, where an exact cost will be given plus all the details of the job can be fully discussed and your needs can be be fully addressed.

Does a long term contract need to be signed?

Commercial has a 1 year contract

Residential is not required to have a contract but beneficial to lock in rates

Is there a cancellation policy?

A contract can be cancelled within 30 days through written notice. If necessary, minor changes can be made to an existing contract at any time

Is the staff for ACLI going to do the job that they were hired for?

We have a great staff at ACLI who believe in our values and high standards that we

set. We have screened (background check), quality trained, and uniformed (along with identification) employees. We have competitive pay for all our employees and all employees are W-2.

How will ACLI gain access into a location?

That is based upon the preferences of the customer. Options include but not limited to:

  • Someone can be present, special access through alarms, and key pads can be given access into the location

  • Giving a set of keys for ACLI to carry on a consistent basis is acceptable along with special access for cleaning service or separate locks that have 2 different keys.

  • Lockboxes can also be provided.We can clean before or after business hours, or any time preferred

Are references provided?

At any time, we can provide one or more of our customers close to your area who can confirm our quality of service.

Are all the cleaning supplies/equipment provided? What if there is something special that needs to be used?

We arrive with all the cleaning supplies/ equipment necessary. We provide disinfected laundered microfiber and mops. Most importantly we provide effective yet (environment safe, children, pet) cleaning products(link to effective safe cleaning)

If you would like us to use your own kind cleaning supply or equipment, just let us know.

Also does ACLI order supplies for an office?

We can order supplies for the office, just needs to be discussed in the beginning how much and normally how often. Usually the office supplies will be charged to the office’s credit card and supplies sent there as well, ACLI will just invoice for the extra time to order, replenish and stock the supplies.

What services are included and which ones are not?

Cleaning inside china cabinets/Other irreplaceable valuable items

Move furniture/Objects (over 25lbs)

What happens with pets in homes while the cleaning service arrives?

If concerned that your pet will interrupt service in any way and/or your pet could try to escape through one doors, please arrange for them to secured.
